Fruit & Seed Bars - sugar free and delicious!
Fruit & Seed Bars
1Cup of Apricots
1/2 Cup Dates or Cranberries
1 Cup of Omega Mixed Seeds*
1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil
*Use nuts if you prefer!
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until the mixture sticks together, I like my bars to still have a crunch!
Then place the mixture in the middle of of a large piece of plastic wrap, bring the sides up and completely cover the mixture, start moulding with your hands to form a large slab, give it a good squash.
Then place in the fridge and allow to chill for 24 hours.
Remove from the fridge, cut into squares and either individually wrap each one or keep as a large slab in the fridge. Eat when your hearts desire!
